EFT or known as Emotional Freedom tapping is a simple therapeutic exercise to release the emotional pain by tapping certain points or areas like Face, head, Underarm, shoulders, Foot, even lightly tapping in lower abdomen . this method also has other health benefits like digestion, blood circulation, reduces cortisol, improves immune system, emotional and stress relief , so on. As we practice the Eft consistently, we see great results. eventually our mood becomes much better as good energy starts flowing in our body. As we keep tapping our body, we can also start affirming for our desires, healthy body and whatever we wish to! This way our brain and body start assessing working together lot faster to manifest desires . Eft manages and promotes relaxation and reprograms our brain, especially amygdala.
