WHY MEDITATING? YOU BET!
Meditation is excellent tool to be Relaxed, present, focus, memory improvement, brain booster. Meditation have changed and saved millions of life that face small to big problems in life. Meditating consistently start brain boosting and self development. You connect yourself deeply and find your balance. Meditation have improved my life lot better, enhanced my visualizing power, even healing my womb and feminine energy. Our mind starts becoming more calmer, lot more peaceful and in state of gratitude. Meditation makes feel grounded, Centred ,connect within and find your space-time. Through “Becoming supernatural” JOE DISPENZA have discussed more about this. Meditation helps you Build emotional resilience, empathy, flourish with your inner power. To each person. Meditating approach is different. some finds their meditative when go for riding in a bike, doodling and crafting, while going for long drive, while simply sitting in the beach, living in present moment, in therapy, when painting and religious rituals and many more. but mostly we follow the typical and base method. Closing our eyes, Inhaling and exhaling multiple times, entering into the meditative state with the help of guidance for 5mins.20mins,30 mins,1hour and so on. You can meditative whenever you have time and quiet space. Starting from Short timings is good idea. Gradually you can increase the timing and start feeling peace.
